Gather to usher in the Year of the Dragon with fellow alumni and guests over a sumptuous 8 course meal at Unique Seafood PJ followed by some non-compulsory Karaoke!

About the Event
Hosted in one of the restaurant's private rooms, registration is from 7pm, followed by Dinner at 8pm and (non-compulsory) Karaoke thereafter late into the night.
Food is Pork Free. Meat is sourced from Halal certified suppliers.

- Braised “Mock Sharks Fin” Soup with Crab Meat
- Steamed Garoupa with Soy Sauce
- Crispy Roasted Chicken
- Pan Fried Prawns in Superior Soy Sauce

- Fried Rice with Anchovies and Salted Fish
- Crispy Chinese Pancake
Drinks - Chinese Tea and Water will be served. Free corkage so feel free to BYO. Ice will be provided.
Seating - Free seating but if you wish to be seated with other guests, do let the organiser know.
